Herston Table Lamp is a sculptural wooden desk lamp that allows smooth and effortless adjustment to any position. Precision engineering alongside hand-crafted wood creates a clean, uninterrupted silhouette without any unsightly cords.

Designed by former Dyson designer Oliver Chambers and digital designer Greta Chambers, the desk lamp is the first in a range of products they plan to produce that marry precision engineering with natural materials, making them perfect for the home or office.
The innovative, registered design uses carefully concealed conducting elements alongside hand-crafted wood to create an uninterrupted, sculptural form without any unsightly cables. The latest LED technology creates a high quality, dimmable light that can be used as both a bright, conventional task light and a more subdued mood light, helping to meet your needs throughout the day and the evening.
Intelligently engineered using a counter-balance mechanism, the lamp can be adjusted to any position in one simple, smooth action. The leaf-shaped cast-iron weights keep it balanced whatever the position. No need to tighten any screws or make complicated adjustments – once you move it, it just stays there.

Simple and clean lines ensure an elegant and sculptural silhouette with no visible cables from the base to the head. The unique design uses conducting joints that connect the wooden arms and the electrical current that travels inside them. The effect of this is a lamp that’s full of character, drawing people in to interact and play with the forms it can create.
The 360° rotational base with hidden ball bearings allows you to smoothly rotate the lamp, positioning the light source exactly where you need it. The Herston Desk Lamp is hand finished and assembled in Herston’s London-based studio, using the finest techniques and care.
