Design brand NEVOA launches a limited edition collection of Portuguese patterns through the eyes of Brazilian mobile photographers Danny Zappa & Carolina Sacco. The two designers are known for using photography to observe the daily life and reveal new angles, patterns and different colours existent in our routine.
Following the work of this duo on social networks, we, NEVOA, thought that is was the perfect time to work together, combining different views on the same topic.
Danny Zappa & Carolina Sacco have recently visited Portugal, and presented their work in an exhibition called “Olhar Dele & Olhar dela” – Portuguese Colours and Patterns. The partnership was born from the will to continue to explore Portuguese tiles through other eyes.
The special edition collection, numbered and handmade silkscreened, contains 10 DUAL (boxes), 10 NOOK (bookends) and 18 BOOK FLAG (bookmarks). Keeping the theme of the collection ‘Honest Tradition’, this limited edition aims to further elevate the taste for the graphic symmetry of Portugal patterns.
The collection was released on November 1st, and can be purchased from Nevoa’s online store.
