Casa International has launched a new exciting collection of furniture in collaboration with Italian designer Mauro Lipparini. The collection was first previewed at Salone del Mobile earlier this year, and aims to bring the sophisticated Mediterranean vision for living to the contemporary home. The collection includes tables, sofas, chairs and case goods all made by skilled Turkish artisans, with standout pieces such as the Positaro modular sofa and Rosalina table.
Positano modular sofa
Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, Positano is a modular sofa system that allows for relaxing or entertaining. All of Positano’s elements work around a curved multilayer platform that offers countless solutions. The seat cushions, backrests and the marble tray can be effortlessly moved around the base structure, allowing many different convivial seating arrangements.
The base is available in 12 wood finishes, and rests on robust bronzed steel legs. The back of the sofa curves behind in the back to create an occasional console shelf, with an inlay in matte lacquer, leather or metal.
Rosolina table
Genteel form inspires a warm spirit in those who gather around it. The table’s signature cage-shaped base is made of satin-finish bronze and the top comes in a variety of tops, including exotic palissandro with inlaid brass. For the modernist home, matte greige lacquer with a built-in copper service spinner is available. A variety of tops, including exotic palissandro with inlaid bronze matte greige lacquer is available.
