Dsignio has created GEN, a new collection of wall coverings, for Peronda‘s brand Harmony. The 3D elements have the ability to completely transform a space with playful geometric compositions.

The designers have been totally free during the process of creation. The only condition was that the final design should be a concept quite different from the other collections of its own firm or from those of the competing companies.

GEN is a modular system that allows for several patterns to be achieved with only a minimum amount of elements. The concept was inspired by the similar process found in nature, where genes combine to create different genomes and different species.

GEN is more than a piece of wall covering, it is a way of covering walls. The dozens of combinations offer amazing visual impact. The 3D elements create a playful game of light and shade, and can transform a plain interior into a visual and tactile experience.
