Artzavod design studio has launched on Kickstarter a hand made environmentally friendly desk lamp. The minimalist T2 lamp fits into any decor be it a modern office or your bedroom. The project has already reached its goal on Kickstarter, and will be funded on January 6, 2015. See more details on the official Kickstarter page and back up the projects. The lamp’s structure is made out of solid ash, an ideal material for its texture and good density. The black glass base and steel accents complement the nature of the wood beautifully. To add a pop of colour, the design team has included a cable in four different vivid colours: light green, light blue, bright red and yellow. The cable also comes with a leather strap to keep everything neat and organized.

T2 has a custom built wooden USB 2.0 connector that can be powered from your laptop, AC outlet or any electronic device with a USB port. This features makes it extremely portable not having to rely on a power outlet.

The lamp uses the newest generation of LEDs with more than 30000 hours of lifetime. The LEDs produce 530 Lux of brightness with only 2 Watts of power. The warm 3000K light makes it ideal for home and office space.
